You may pay your bills without logging in provided you have a current City invoice. You must first log in if you wish to view personal account information or do not know your invoice number.

If you need to request a temporary PIN, please select the menu option 'Send Email to City' and include your account name, account number, business address, email address, type of account, and telephone number. You may also receive a temporary PIN by calling 205-802-3808.

A receipt will be emailed to you when your transaction is complete.
